The soups here are authentic, delicious and available at all hours of the night! You can also get what's called a "Poike" (pronounced Poy-keh) which is a slow cooked meat stew in a cast iron pot brought directly to your table. SO good! Plus they have beer on tap :)

With over 100 local beers, this place has got it all. Located in the Shuk Machaneh Yehudah, it's a great place to grab a beer and mingle with local Israelis. Inside the Mamilla hotel, on the 8th floor is an amazing bar overlooking the old city. It's harder to get better views than from up there. It's a bit pricey but the ambience, the drinks and the quality of food make up for it.
