One of my favorite beaches in the area, especially on a windier day because you can sit on the river side. Popular fishing spot, ask Chris if you want to borrow a rod or could use some tips :) Free parking, but will fill up on the weekend.

Closest public beach, leashed dogs are welcome before 8 and after 6. The south end is a 5-7 minute walk from our house, and is tidal so bring a beach chair. If it's high tide head to the Wells Jetty instead (grab some bikes to get to the jetty, or drive & pay for parking). I often run from our house to the jetty (2.5 mi round trip).
