Hatcher Gardens is a favorite spot, free and open to the Public. This public community and volunteer supported garden teaches about the garden and all things growing in this area. A wonderful way to spend the morning.

You can also fish (with license) from the pier. This is the public put-in and launch- must have permit to put a water vehicle on the lake.
