Carats is a hidden gem-just a short walk away.
It is by the sea on Southwick beach and worth a walk over the locks,
where you can see an array of boats come and go.
It's also a prime spot for windsurfers and kitesurfers. Don't forget your swimming costume for a plunge after your breakfast!

Adur River Walk
A lovely walk along the river will take you past Shoreham Airport (watch light air crafts taking off/landing), with a view of the beautiful Lancing college (Hogwarts) the South Downs.
If you go to "The Ropetackle Arts" in Shoreham and walk out of the building and turn right, follow the river-enjoy!
