Drinks & Nightlife
Probably my favourite pub in Dublin:
- Great in-house brewed beers
- Live music every night
- Good environment and real "Irish feel" to it.

Sundays between 3.30-6.30pm, you can enjoy live traditional Irish music. It's always the same band of 50+-year-old Irish musicians, and it's always good!

Forget Jameson old distillery - Teeling is THE Dublin whiskey and pride, the only one being distilled in Dublin. The tour is also a lot of fun, as you'll get to learn about the big fire that shut down the Distillery, the endeavors of two younger Teeling boys to bring Whiskey distilling back to Dublin and how they make their whiskey unique and tasty. If you're lucky you might even bump into Teeling senior (happened to me), who's more than happy to share his wisdom on the history and culture of Irish whiskey making. Oh, the entrance ticket also includes a whiskey tasting, so there's that! Mustn't miss!

The Kilmainham Gaol (prison) is probably the most iconic and important monument in Ireland's history. Learn about the big famine, the 1916 uprising (which eventually led to Ireland's independence) and other historic events that had this prison as its centerpiece. If you visit only one thing in Dublin, visit this!
