The Green River Timber Crib Dam
This is a favorite swimming hole in warmer months, spring-fed. Also you can easily hike around it in an hour, with varied terrain, water views and shade.

The Retreat Trails provide shady woodland walks, too many to count. My favorite trail head is next to Neighborhood Schoolhouse, up on Solar Hill, off High St, exit 2 Hwy 91. My favorite loop takes one by the Harris Hill Ski Jump, one of the natural wonders of our area.
