The «real» breakfast in Madrid is to take “churros” or “porras”. If you have ever tasted churros and you found them not too good, give them another try in this address:
Formula Nieto’s: C/ Embajadores, 74
It’s the “typical spanish” bar, so no bullfighters, no flamenco souvenirs, just a bar where people go to have breakfast, nothing fancy or design, just the best “churros” and “porras” in town...
If after eating churros here, or porras even better, you don’t like them, it means that churros are not made for you....do not try again! :-D

The perfect coffee place
Cute and cosy and delicious and....the nicest owners! Cafelito is the place! In C/ Sombrerete, 20. Go there to have breakfast, from 8am, or a great coffee any time. Their lemonade recipe is fan-tas-tic and perfect for the madrilenian heat.
