A little gem, hidden from plain sight which is accessed from the A6003 Stoke Dry turn 2 miles outside the Town. Built to provide water for Corby steelworks, in the 20's. It was used by the RAF in WWII to replicate one of the dams attacked by Lancaster bombers of Dambusters fame. The priest hole above the main entrance to the Church in Stoke Dry was used by members of the Guy Fawkes Gunpowder plot
