Lyme Park was the filming location of the TV drama Pride & Prejudice and where my mother & father in law live...not in the hall but in one of the cottages. An all round beautiful place. Well worth a visit.

A beautiful village full of gift shops selling the geologically unique 'Blue John' mineral...and of course Winnats pass...if you can cycle up that one you deserve a medal. There are also several mine open to the public and 'Mam Tor'...well worth a visit
