This place is a gem. Food is excellent, atmosphere transports you way and service is ok (it's declined a bit). The Paseo area is a wonderful district filled with art studios / shops and a few restaurants. Paseo Grill being the most upscale of them.

Best pies. The Plaza district is thriving and has a variety of unique shops and restaurants. You can have grilled cheese at the Mule, then pop over to Pie Junkie for a piece of homemade pie and then over to Saints for a drink. This small area has it all.

I listed this under essentials as you MUST visit this area when in OKC. The museum is heartbreaking and very real but also so amazing and uplifting. It's truly a remarkable experience. The outdoor Memorial is best done at dusk.

Bricktown has the canal boat rides (with easy on/off stops), Bass Pro, movie theater, countless restaurants and bars, the AAA baseball stadium (farm team to the LA Dodgers) and Chesapeake Energy Arena (where you can catch a concert or Thunder game) and everything else in between.
The riversport district is close (zip lines, paddleboarding, roaring river rapids), so is Midtown and downtown.
You can pay to park in this area and walk or get on and off the trolley system that runs in Bricktown and Downtown.

I haven't been here in years but the kids love it (and you may too). Last time I went I had to get in the shadow box and see if I could time the jump with the flash. Brings out the kid in everyone, while providing a learning opportunity.

This is a world class museum with a restaurant and movie theater that are on par with the art. The movie theater shows more art / independent films (we have enough theaters that show mainstream films). Thursday's are especially fun because you can do drinks on the rooftop, which offers stunning views of downtown OKC.
