The crowd is very different on different nights so it's best to see what you are up to. It's happy hour is the best place to meet crews from the mega yachts parked out front. They play all kinds of music--- dance hall, soca, trap etc

I highly recommend zip lining at the Loterie Farm on the French side in some of the last remaining forests on the island. The views are breath taking and you get some mountain fresh breeze as well.

There are tons of hiking trails in St. Maarten, like the hike up Pic Paradis or the coastal hike along Guana Bay, but my favorite is the walk through the shallow knee-deep waters to the little uninhabited islands in Lucas Bay. Very Romantic.

The La Galion Beach is a laid back beach surrounded by coral reef that serve as a protection, providing calm and shallow waters to Le Galion. There is a restaurant called tropical wave right on the beach that rents non-motorized water equipment as well as chairs and umbrellas. There is a sand volleyball court. There is a Olympic size salt water pool that has created by a floating, plastic docks, one can be walked out to, and the other a little futher. I highly recommend this place, its my all time favorite.
