If you love Indian food.. You have to try Planet Bombay. Nicest, most accommodating staff ever and the food is just amazing. If you don't love REALLY spicy food, I would avoid ordering anything above "level 4" spiciness. Trust me!

A renovated historic Sears, Roebuck & Co. building, the classic structure is the area’s largest adaptive reuse project reinvented as a vibrant community hub.
Your find trendy bars, restaurants and unique shops all under one roof. While there make sure you check out the rooftop for a great view and lawn games.
Its a 15 minute drive, however you can access it from the beltline walking trail that starts in the neighborhood. Its a nice 2 hour walk or 40 minute bike ride with plenty of cool stops along the way.

One of, if not THE, longest going clubs in Atlanta with a cool NY club vibe. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes, people go there to dance not to see and be scene, but its great people watching. No matter who you are your feel welcome-black, white, straight, gay, young or old. Has a very diverse crowd. Everyone is friendly, great place to go if your solo.
Got some moves? Dance offs pop off spontaneously through out the night on the dance floor.
FWI this is an underground club (literally its under the street!) and there is no sign. But everyone knows where it is, when you get close just ask someone where the entrance is.
Nights are Wednesday (my favorite) Friday and Saturday
