All things Cheese! This place will have a line out the door on a Saturday, but if you can get in on a Friday afternoon you'll get right to the counter. Great selection of pastas, sauces, olive oils, and I may be obsessed with their pesto.

An absolute must stop in Philadelphia! This Amish market has expanded to cover many local cuisines and draws a major foodie crowd. Come as early or late, but don't attempt rocking up at 10am on a Saturday. The place will be heaving. I'd say arrive either before 9am or after 3.30pm. Bring an appetite. The Dutch Eating Place is my number one for breakfast. Bieller Donuts are out of this world. If you do find yourself here after 4pm, The 4th Street Cookie Company sells their cookies for a buck apiece.

Hands down best "wooder" ice in the city. Made fresh onsite. This is where Obama stopped when he was in town. You should do the same! Their hard ice cream is also delicious! Only open during the warmer months!

Sightseeing
It's not exactly at the top of everyone's "must see" list when think of visiting, but Philadelphia's City Hall is the tallest masonary structure in the world. The attention to detail is stunning. It's one of those buildings you could walk by a million times and still see something you never noticed before. The west side of the block "Dilworth Plaza" offers year-round fun with ice skating in winter, holiday market, gardens and fountains in the summer.

Local park with a playground, dog park and open green space. The south side has cute paths that wander through trees and shrubs. By no means a nature trail, but a great spot for a game of frisbee!
