Views from our condo are of Strathcona Park, the oldest provincial park in British Columbia. Access to the Forbidden Plateau area is via the Paradise Meadows Trailhead at Mount Washington. A small rangers center is located beside Raven Lodge.
The most popular day hike is Lake Helen Mackenzie/Battleship Lake Loop - 7.4 km 2.5 hrs with minimal elevation gain.
