Sharing space with the Borrego Art Institute in a restored mid-century modern building by William Kesling, this hip outpost has upped the culinary ante in the tiny desert town. Line up for pizza tickled to crispy perfection by the wood-fired oven and a cold craft beer.

I love the outdoor seating under the shade by the fountain. Feels like I could be in Mexico! Good home-cooked food, $30 for a pitcher of margaritas and friendly service keep me coming back!
