Entertainment & Activities
Concerts and sports events all year round. Access is very easy via the tube. Only one stop from hour flat.
By tube: Take the Jubilee line (to Stratford) and get off at Wembley Park. The path to the stadium will be clearly marked, especially on event days. You can't miss it!
By bus: If you miss the last train back to Kingsbury after an event, you can get back to our flat in 15 min by bus. Take bus 83 towards Golders Green from Wembley Park Stop N (by the tube) and get off at Kingsbury Blackbird Cross (Stop BC). At that same stop switch to bus N98 to Stanmore and get off at the Kingsbury road tube station.
Walking: It's a 45 minute walk (2.2 miles) from our flat to Wembley. We've never really needed to walk to/from there because public transport is very good in this area, but it's doable and the roads are well lit.

Parks & Nature
Very large park, with fields, small hills and woods. There's also a lovely fish pond at the top of Barn Hill. It's has several paved paths and natural trails that are great for a walk or a jog. I personally run in this park a few times a week before going to work!
You can access Fryent park via several entry points along Fryent way and also via a small path from Shakespeare Drive.
