Modern home just 5 minutes from downtown Frankenmuth and minutes from Premium Outlets in Birch Run. Guests have a private entrance and enjoy the use of two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen and back screen porch. Please note: Hosts live in a separate part of the house and have their own entrance with no shared spaces. Super clean, all blankets and duvet covers are laundered after every guest. Weather permitting you can go kayaking, paddle boarding.(Kayaks, paddle boards, peddle boat Only for staying guests. Lake is electric motors only. There is a shared Gazebo on the lake. we also have picnic tables. Swimming is great, perfect for little ones water is shallow and warmer, sandbox ava(2 pet max) Dogs welcome, must be leashed.( No aggressive breads, no cats allowed).Pets cannot be left unattended

Room to relax with the whole family! This house has plenty of room for a quiet get away from all the business of life! It is located down a gravel road, on top of a small hill, with field all round! You may see lots of deer and other wildlife. We just finished remodeling this house, to make a peaceful family friendly home for are guest! There are some other buildings around the house, but guests are only allowed access to the house, and yard around the house!
