The bright 90 sqm apartment in the south of Hamburg has a large living room with open kitchen, dining area, 2 bedrooms each with a 160 x 200 cm bed, bathroom (incl. Hair dryer) , guest toilet as well as a south/west terrace. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, dryer, espresso and espresso and coffee machine, toaster, kettle. The house is situated in Rolfsen at the end of the village directly on the edge of the forest , about 20 minutes by car from Lüneburg. I expect a tastefully furnished complete , ground-level floor . You can enjoy the large , well-kept garden , with a magnificent view of the vastness . For a small extra charge is possible to book a yoga - or Qi - gong hour. Four bicycles are available for excursions to the heath. We are also happy to pick guests up from the train station for a small extra charge .

Our Happy Place is located 40km south of Hamburg near the A7, 20km from Lüneburg. Seven years ago, our family decided to move from Hamburg to the country. Since then Gödenstorf has become our Happy Place. In 2017, we decided to build an apartment in our farm roof and share our Happy Place with guests.
