A small nice house with about 70 m ² of living space in a quiet location, on the Johannesweg, 4 km to the thermal spa and 25 minutes by car from Linz. Our house was built in 1974 and completely renovated in 2019. Therefore, it is modernly furnished and very cozy. Here you can relax, unwind or take a break on the Johannesweg with a 3-day pilgrimage and feel the magic of the mill district. Due to our network of riding trails of about 700 km on the Mühlviertel-Alm, we are always looking forward to hiking riders!

Our appartement is the perfect stay for your holidays in Austria. You live next to nature but also close to the city of Vienna. The light-filled living area with 100m² offers quiet relaxation and all necessary comforts to make your stay a unique holiday. You are welcome to spend your time in our beautiful garden with a creek running thourgh it.
