Sit And Dream Home with Terrace and Yard

Enjoy the winter season in this warm&cosy home. The 180 sqm house has on 2 floors: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, large living room with a large TV incl. Netflix, a “home office” room with monitor. There are 4 terraces and a yard of 500 sqm. All of these only for our guests. As the yard has a high fence you do not need to take care of COVID issues. You are safe here! Brasov is 10 min by car, Poiana can be reached fast as well. Cars can be parked in front of the house.

Va punem la dispozitie o casa spatioasa (pretul dat este pe intreg duplexul), aflata intr-o zona retrasa, la 750 de metri de sensul giratoriu Sanpetru, in apropierea cartierului Coresi (2 Km) si la 5.1 Km de centrul nou. Distanta de la locatie pana la zona cu strada Republicii, magazinul Star, Biserica Neagra, Sub Tampa si parcul Central este de 7 Km. Pana la Poiana Brasov trebuie sa parcurgeti 19 Km. O alta atractie este Paradisul Acvatic, deschis si iarna, care se afla la 3 Km de proprietate.

Studio in a new and quite building with new furniture. The studio is very spacious with all necessary equipment. You have access to your own balcony with chairs and table to enjoy the nice view on the mountains. Located in a new neighborhood, minimarkets close by and 5 min drive to the shopping mall Coresi in Brasov. The beautiful Old Town of Brasov is only a 10 min drive away and the ski slopes of Poiana Brasov 25 min. Bus station to city center is in front of the building.
