House in the area of La Peña, built on two levels. On the ground floor are located the 3 bedrooms all with bathroom. On the upper floor there is a large room with fireplace, a bar with bar, dining room for 6 people, integrated into the kitchen through a bar. The house has a small covered terrace, as well as an open terrace with built-in grill, with a magnificent view of the Lake and the Peña. It has a small swimming pool and parking for 3 cars.
