The house is located in front of Saquarema Lagoon and with a deck and an amazing view. The house has approx. 500m² of green area, living room, 4 bedrooms , bathroom with blindex, 2 kitchens being one in open concept with barbecue and toilet. In the private outdoor area of the house there is a huge lawn, swimming pool, lake, deck to the lagoon and garage. Great location! 5 min. walk from the village beach, 7 min. from Saquarema Center and 9 min. from the bus station. Bathtub not included .We don't offer linens.

AMAZING BEACHFRONT HOUSE IN BRAZILIAN SURF CAPITAL

Have a perfect stay listening to the sounds of the waves! Relax in our grassy garden with trees, enjoy our pool overlooking the sea and have special moments in our gourmet area with barbecue facilities and beer tap. Our home has 4 bedrooms, all with air AC, with 3 being en-suite. There is a cozy living room with satellite tv; a games room with darts and snookers and a beautiful kitchen with a balcony boasting stunning views of the ocean. It is excellent for home-office with 420 mz internet.

Casa-A Praia Itaúna Saquarema RJ BR (pénareia)

It is a well-protected insect beach house with extra screen doors and double screen windows. It is a hambiente that uses the white color and all the wooden part with color of ipe (darker), the external doors are Mexican style. The floor is made of white tiles with a 30cm baseboard in the same material. The furniture is made of hardwood sometimes with glass. All the constructions are made in apparent solid brick remembering a millenarian style of Mediterranean and Moroccan constructions

Cozy house in Itauna

Take the whole family to this great place with plenty of room to have fun. The house is rustic but extremely functional and comfortable. It's our corner, so it's our way. We will be very happy to welcome your family. The house is super well located, close to excellent markets, bakeries, restaurants and the main attraction: BEACH. In this accommodation we do not provide towels or linens, but the house has the entire structure for your comfort. The kitchen is complete, tv + wifi.

A house, property, unique to you, your family and your guests feel covered by nature. The scenery of the beach is divine throughout the space, the main suite makes up the second floor with a privileged view and has two balconies. The Suites' Chalets are part of the decoration of the garden. A place for everyone to feel good and safe (has alarm, monitoring and homemade). If you do not need all the suites, the value can be reduced.

My warmth, peace and quiet

Very spacious house (CHILDREN up to 10 years old DO NOT count as an extra guest), but from the 10th guest there is an additional fee of 40.00 per night. The house is located between Saquarema, Araruama and Praia Seca. Beautiful ideal place for those who are looking for days of peace, quiet and privacy, totally exclusive to guests, it is 200 meters from the Lagoon.
