On the main level, the great room/dining room is open to the kitchen. 4 bedrooms total, 3 king bedrooms (2 on first floor), 1 king and a bunk room with 2 doubles and 2 singles. Sweet Serenity - Rest Relax Enjoy

This spacious setting's in a secluded cove on Lake Hartwell. We live on upper level, guests stay in lower level separated by locked door. Play bags, use putting green and incredible firepit overlooking the lake. We have 2 kayaks and floats by the water. We're 20 minutes from Clemson, Seneca or Anderson. We expect guests to be respectful of noises and drinking alcohol. This is NOT intended as a place to party. We have two outdoor cats who are friendly and will most likely say hello to you.

As you enter the screened in front porch you will instantly relax, experience a peaceful and quiet tree lined front yard. The house has plenty of shade and old oaks, built in 1935 has the charm of visiting great grandmother’s farm house without the wallpaper. Large side deck with grill, hot tub and plenty of shaded sitting. Side yard has a fire pit for evening campfires and roasting marshmallows. The house has an open floor plan.

My place is close to Clemson University, great views, lake front property on Lake Hartwell, Anderson, SC, very close to I-85, family-friendly activities. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (Pet friendly with limitations. Please ask ) Lots of outdoor living space as well for grilling out or visiting on the deck.
