Enjoy staying in this well located one bedroom upside down house on the edge of the village of Lympstone. Walking distance to village pubs, shop, train station, estuary and cycle path. Downstairs there is a light airy bedroom with king size bed, a large en-suite shower room and access via patio doors to your own private garden and decked area. Upstairs is an open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room with 2 velux windows and door to the outside staircase. Parking in front of property.

The fully self-contained one bed cottage sits in private grounds with parking and great access to transport links. Just 7 minutes from m5 jcn 29 and Exeter airport or a 12 minute walk from Whimple train station. Exeter has great tourist facilities and restaurants. Well behaved dogs are welcome on the ground floor only. Please don’t plan on leaving your dog alone.

This cottage is right in the heart of Beer. You step out the front door and it’s a two minute walk past the shops, cafes and galleries to the beautiful horse shoe shaped bay. The pebbled beach has three cafes overlooking the water, perfect for a cup of tea or full English while watching the fishing boats landing their catch. This cosy 2 bed house is in a fantastic location very close to the beach, local cafés, eateries, Seaton Tramway, town centre, Seaton Wetlands and Axmouth Harbour. Walk to the amazing mile long beach in less than a minute! The house is stylish, clean and comfortable and is perfect for couples, small families, walkers and business travellers. A large Tesco is conveniently located nearby. There is no private parking at the house but there is plenty of available parking close by.

Safe Harbour is less than a 3 minute walk to the seafront, shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Over 100 years old but a modernised and fresh cottage comfortable for couples or family groups of up to 7 (+baby). Free wifi, dvd player, freesat, mp3 player. Well equipped kitchen, dining room and cosy lounge, 3 bedrooms, family bathroom, cloakroom a true home from home. For younger visitors a pleasant play park, cinema and indoor swimming pool are a stones throw away.

Hayes End is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom single storey cottage located in the popular village of Whimple in East Devon. It is a short walk from a shop, 2 pubs and a train station and is a great base from which to explore the many delights of Devon. Close enough to town but far enough away

The good: Recently decorated lounge and living room. Either relax in the lounge with a cosy wood burner and a bit of TV or chat around the dinner table in the living room which has a lovely bright feel to it. Both bedrooms have also been recently decorated and I hope will provide you with a good night sleep. If the sun is out, the south facing garden is a fabulous sun trap! Just a 3min walk to a small Tesco and a further 5mins to the seafront
