This home is 1-2 miles from downtown, aquarium, and all the NorthShore activities. It sits less than a block from the entrance to a large park where there is a dog park and playground and connector to Stringers Ridge hike/bike trail. The neighborhood is quiet and fun to walk. The house has refinished hardwood floors, new kitchen cabinets, and a bright and comfortable living space. We live nearby and are available as needed. Washer/dryer are available in the basement on request. Pet policy below

Centrally located to everything Chattanooga has to offer this quiet area is near scenic trails, Rock City, and the Tennessee Aquarium. Guests have access to two bedrooms, full bath, laundry, kitchen, dining, and living area. Screened front porch and deck provide outdoor relaxation. Although my home accomodates six, smaller groups are more comfortable. No garage access.

The Hidden Gem with lots of comfort

You’ll love the place because of Location. It is minutes away from all the downtown attractions, malls, restaurants, and a beautiful park along the river with some of the most beautiful sculptures, multiple covered picnic areas along the trail; great for walking, bike riding (bike renters available for low price), jogging, roller skating, skate boarding, and a nice park for children. Also, multiple areas for boat access. It is parking at the house for your boat.

This is a 1080 sq ft, 2 bedroom / 2 bath pet friendly (see details below for pets) house with a gas grill, fully equipped kitchen, fully stocked beverage station that host a coffee pot and Keurig, snacks, laundry with detergent, and a fire pit.
