Located in Corning’s historic Southside. This 121 yr old home was renovated in 2022. It is a 2 story 2BR 1 bath, with a dining room, living room and kitchen. The master BR has a King bed and walk in closet. The 2nd BR sits across the hallway and is smaller and has a full size bed. The bathroom was completely renovated it features a walk in shower with ample lighting. A separate XL studio apt is in the back of the home w/ a full bath, kitchen and bedrooms. Hammy on a Rye I Hammondsport Village

The décor of the house is modern with a lake flare. The home has been completely remodeled over the past 10 years with updated appliances and comforts this affords. It is 1 1/2 blocks from the village of Hammondsport and all of its wonderfulness!! It is also 4 1/2 blocks from the edge of Keuka lake. The community park and swimming area are only 1 1/2 blocks away. There is off street parking behind the house with 3 spots. There is outside seating on the front and back porches.

This single level home is located just outside of Hornell, NY in a quiet, secluded country setting. Letchworth 45 mins, Watkins Glen 1 hour and Niagara Falls 2 hours. We purchased the property in 2018 and made necessary upgrades while retaining the original character of this classic home. The view of the backwoods from the living room is spectacular! We live at the adjacent property located a few hundred feet away, so we are available as needed.
