Idyllisk Svaneke-hus med udsigt til Vigehavn

Skønt bindingsværkshus, i seperat længe på Vigegården ved Vigehavn i Svaneke. Huset ligger få minutters gang fra Svaneke centrum og kun få skridt fra klippestien og har udsigt til Vigehavn. Huset indeholder tre soveværelser, hvor det ene er med to indbyggede juniorsenge - der kan dog nemt kan stilles to enkeltsenge i stedet for. Huset er i fin stand og byder på køkken-alrum, stue, badeværelse og egen terrasse mod syd. Der er god isolering, fjernvarme og brændeovn og udlejes derfor hele året.

Hyggelig og rummelig lejlighed på 1.sal i den gamle præstegård centralt placeret i Svaneke by. Lejligheden er velegnet til en børnefamilie. Lejligheden består af 3 soveværelser (med dobbeltsenge og evt en tremmeseng), et stort køkken alrum med opvaskemaskine og sovesofa. Der er eget toilet/bad og mulighed for at benytte den lille forhave, der grænser op til Storegade. De to af soveværelserne ligger i hver sin ende af lejligheden. Vi bor selv i stueplan. Ferielejligheden har separat indgang.

Amazing cottage just by the beach

New floors, kitchen, and furniture done in 2024. See newest photos. Our cozy house is located in a protected forest on Bornholm near Due Odde. The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

Garden cottage at the sea

The cottage is an annex located in the garden of our seaside villa in Rønne. Perfect for vacations on the beautiful island Bornholm. You will enjoy striking views of the Baltic Sea from the garden. There is a direct beach access - simply walk down the stairs at the end of the garden (pebble beach). The annex is new and contains one room with queen size bed (140x200 cm). Bathroom with toilet and shower. Fridge and zink but no stoves and no oven. It is possible to borrow an infant's bed.

Beautiful Summercottage - close to the sea.

NB, important: In June, July and August, rental is primarily full weeks from saturday til saturday. In some cases we do from Sunday to Sunday. Beautiful vacation home (80 m2) located close (400 m.) to the wonderful beach, and only a few hundred meters from a cosy fishing village. New Kitchen (2022), spacious bright living room with fireplace. Theres is access from the living room to a lovely furnished terrace facing south. Fast WIFI(fiber). Linens, towels etc. must be brought.

Wunderschönes lichtdurchflutetes Ferienhaus mit fantastischem Meerblick (45 qm) eingebettet in einen historischen Hof. 2021 vollständig neu renoviert, sehr individuell eingerichtet mit hochwertiger Küche, schönem Bad und großzügigem Wohnbereich. Hochwertiges Doppelbett (160 cm) auf der Galerie und eine hochwertige Schlafcouch (140 cm) im Wohnbereich. Eine 25 qm große Sonnenterrasse mit traumhaften Meerblick umgeben von einem Blumenfeld lädt zum Morgenkaffee oder Sundowner ein.

Ferieboligen fremstår lys og moderne i et nordisk look. Der er 3 soveværelser og plads til 6 personer. Der er skøn havudsigt fra alle rum. Haven er på 1200 kvadratmeter og har tre gode terrasser. Der er alt hvad du og din familie behøver for at kunne nyde en dejlig ferie uanset om I er 2 eller 6 personer. Huset ligger 200m fra Bølshavn, hvor der er gode bade muligheder og en god restaurant. Huset egner sig bedst til familier med børn fra ca. 4 års alderen og opefter.
