Welcome to Bench 170. *we are on site and are downstairs as per the BC gov't rules* The entire upper floor and yard is guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years.
