Coniston Water is a 15 minute walk and is peaceful and picturesque for sailing and canoeing. Turn left as you leave the property and within minutes you are climbing Coniston Old Man. A 2 bedroom holiday cottage located on a working farm near Boot in the Lake District. Gorgeous views over Harter Fell and less than a 10 minute walk to a pub! Downstairs there is an open plan kitchen/diner/ living room, bathroom with shower. Upstairs is the main bedroom with double bed and twin room with 2 single beds. WiFi is included along with sky tv, towels bedding, kitchen utensils etc and a welcome pack. Loads of beautiful walks from the door!
