In the heart of stunning medieval village, Quiet location but short walk to the butcher, restaurant and tabac/bar. 5 mins drive to Montignac and the Lascaux caves and beautiful villages of thé Dordogne valley. Canoeing easily accessible. Review from Allison: Absolutely wonderful. Beautiful house, everything you need for your stay. Lovely area with plenty to do and see. Maison de la Grotte is a peaceful gite in the heart of Perigord Noir. We are located in the 'golden triangle' of the Dordogne, just 40 minutes from the beautiful medieval towns of Sarlat, Perigueux and Bergerac. The gite is on a plot of 3 acres, and has a completely private garden (featuring its own cave!) with direct access to a stunning heated pool of which you have sole use. We live in a house on the property, and we respect your privacy but are on-call if you need any assistance.

La Maison des Coeurs

A tranquil rustic location, enjoy days by the pool, walks in the forest or evenings on the terrace. We accept pets by special arrangement. A refundable 300 euro security deposit will be required 3 days before your stay. we'll email you when this is due along with the rental contract required in France. In the winter months there will be a small 30euro heating fee per any stay over 3 days or more. The pool is open from June to Mid September and is not heated.
