Tips from locals
The Bajrakli Mosque is located in Gospodar Jevremova Street in the neighbourhood of Dorćol. It was built around 1575, and is the only mosque in the city out of the Ottoman Empire's rule of Serbia.
As the endowment of Sultan Suleiman II, it is the only remaining mosque of the 273 that once existed in Belgrade. It was built between 1660 and 1688.
