Our 5,500+ sq. ft. home is perched on 6 acres of land steps away from the Caney Fork River. Amazing views, sprawling land and many amenities. A perfect place for a family reunion/gathering - housing 10 adults and 6+ kiddos. A 2-tier dock, a basement (w/ ping-pong, arcades, etc.), a stocked chef’s and outdoor kitchen. The home has plenty of room for everyone to engage in one of the 3-rooms w/ fireplaces, 3-decks or firepit. We respect our quiet river community and our guests will need to too.

4 Bedrooms, 3.5 baths, large spaces, 3 decks and lot of outdoors spaces. Firepit, pergola for picnics and dock with kayaks, room to dock boats and jet skis. Outdoor shower, grilling and dining, and places just to relax. Inside large open kitchen, living and dining area on main floor. Downstairs great place for kids with living area, bath and bedrooms. WIFI, xbox and lot of games. This house is a great place to vacation for a week or weekend. Make some memories and keep coming back.

House has 1,560 sq ft, remodeled in 2018, located on the Caney Fork River with 100 ft of waterfront, covered front porch, covered/screened rear porch overlooking the river, swim/fish from dock, covered pavilion on the river's edge, launch your boat 2 miles from house onto Caney Fork River then tie-off at back yard dock (up to 25 ft), water ski/tubing/wake boarding. River is also kayak/canoe friendly. House is cleaned between guest stays following CDC and airbnb COVID-19 guidelines.
