Sandy's@Tilquhillie has been renovated to create a warm and comfortable base from which to enjoy the magnificent countryside of Royal Deeside. Easy access to local town with all amenities, you can't get a better location. Dog-friendly with direct access to woodland walks and cycling trails. The Annex ( with Sauna )

Self check-in is available if required. Self contained annex with spacious, south facing bedroom with access out to the garden which guests can use. We are 2 minutes walk from the river and can direct you to nearby hills and lochs where scenic walks can be enjoyed. There is a cosy, friendly pub just round the corner which serves lovely home cooked meals all day. They welcome "muddy boots, kids and dogs". We are dog friendly too so please feel free to bring your well behaved dog along.

A bothy bedroom in the heart of the Cairngorms

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It is set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks straight from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the bothy has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons this may not be the place for you!

Our guest suite extension to our house is a self-contained area with 1 double bedroom (can be twin beds), 1 shower room and a kitchen/lounge room. The suite has under-floor central heating. Our property has a large garden and a patio area and there is a dedicated off-road parking space for guests. We are in a rural setting, 1 mile from the centre of Aboyne, 30 miles from Aberdeen; ideal location for touring Deeside, South Aberdeenshire and the Cairngorm National Park.

The most beautiful and tranquil setting you could wish for. House of Newe~The Crow's Nest

Live like a local! A wonderful old family home that is the perfect spot for peace in nature, fishing, Castles & Whisky, hill-walking, local festivities/history (Forbes in particular) and a really good night's sleep. Enjoy the house itself or the 12 acres of mostly woodlands at our doorstep. Climb to the top of Ben Newe (right out the back door!)
