Newly built cottage (2020), of 22+8 sqm (loft), in best location, 200 meters to the harbor, 1000 meters to Äspets wonderful sandy beach. New kitchen (2024): combination oven (oven/microwave), stovetop, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker. Fully tiled bathroom with shower. Towels can be rented: SEK 50/person & stay. Access to the washing machine can be arranged. Separate bedroom: 160 cm wide quality bed and wardrobe. Sleeping loft: 140 cm quality bed, floor mattress 80 * 150 cm. There are blankets and pillows. Bed linens can be rented: 50kr/person & stay.

Panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, 15 meters to the beach with jetty and beach cafe. Fall asleep and wake up to the soda of waves. Two beds where you are on the front row and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and wc. Large terrace, barbecue. The house is in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

The tranquility of the lakes in the forests of Vittsjö

Lovely cottage from the 50s with nice vintage furniture inspired by the same decade. Is the last cottage on the way out on a promontory in Vittsjö lake area so here you have the peace and quiet, but is still only a walk from shops and trains. The forest in front of the knot and lovely hiking areas. Good fishing just meters from the front door. You will wake up with a beautiful view of the lake. Enjoy the starry skies and the owls' howling at night.

In our lovingly furnished holiday home you will find peace and relaxation. The house is surrounded by a fragrant pine forest, which can be seen from every window. In 10 minutes walk or 3 minutes by bike through the hilly dune forest you can reach one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Sweden. Since the house is located on a private road, there are usually few people on the beach. The water is long flat and beautifully clear.

This newly built cottage is located out in the countryside 1.6 miles from Kristianstad. Just below the cottage there is a pond that with a wood-fired sauna that borrowed right next door. Sauna costs 200 SEK to borrow. With a double and a single bed, the accommodation suits both the couple, the small family or those who like hunting. There is a nice hunting tower about 300 m from the cottage.
