We are a very welcoming family renting our beautiful large basement apartment, which includes one sofa full size bed for two people, a private bathroom, kitchen and laundry room. This is an fully furnished basement apartment Quiet neighborhood close to bus stop, shopping and restaurants. Ten minute drive to Oshawa Center and downtown Oshawa. Reserve parking in driveway on left side. Breakfast ingredients are included; Eggs, Bacon, Cereal ,Toast, Coffee , Tea and etc. Our guests can rest assured that the bedding is washed and changed with each and every new guest, and for those who stay for a week or more , bedding is changed every five days or upon request.

Home away from home near Hydro, Mosport/Canadian Tire Racetrack, Hwy 401 & Toronto as well as the airport with public transport nearby. You’ll love my place because its a nice neighbourhood and great location. Lots of light in this lower inlaw suite. Comfy bed plus full sized futon and blowup mattress to fit extra guests comfortably.
