Fantastic summer house in Tennfjord, by Ålesund.

Fantastic summer house at the seaside. Heated pool, outdoor hot tub, 2 sea kayaks, fishing gear. This is the place for families that really want to enjoy. Naustus right by the house. Lots of patio. Sliding roof on the pool so can be used and in case of bad weather. Keeps 27 degrees. Fishing in the sea outside the house is very good. And a small salmon river 500 meters from the house. New from August 2024- Can rent a boat. 100 hp Smartliner 21. Heater,, tea tails, fishing gear. Very seaworthy fishing boat. Rentals per day 1850

Just metres from the town centre, but very quiet at the end of a narrow road, with amazing fjord and mountain views! Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. It's a great place for just relaxing, and enjoying the fabulous view, but also an excellent starting point for sightseeing, hiking, swimming or fishing in the fjord/river.
