Small cozy summerhouse 60 m2 about 200 meters from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. It has lovely views from the living room and terrace of meadow area and peek to the water. The house is bright and lovely, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet w/shower, 1 small bedroom with double box spring (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood-burning stove. Lovely terrace, there is a barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

The house contains large angular living room, nice kitchen, bedroom with double bed, charming bathroom, back hallway and hallway. 1st floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and on the repos there is a sofa bed for 2, as well as a workspace. The home is located on South Funen and can be used all year round From May-September, you can book 6 people. From October-April, the house is intended for 4 persons as the 2 beds are in unheated annex. Genuine holiday fun. 200 m to child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing including trout and mackerel. price excludes linens, cloths, tea towels, towels. This can be purchased for an extra 60, - (8€)/ person. Please let us know when booking if the linen package is desired. (Two bed annex is for summer use only)

Confortable House, in a quiet country nordic town. Perfect for families and group of friends. It fits 8 people comfortably, and 9 people when we open an extra futon on the floor (not as confortable). Maximum capacity including children is 9. Note: it is ideal for 8 people. Mínimum stay changes depending on the season.
