New 2 years old building with 4 apartments in total. We welcome our guests in our 2 1+1 apartments on the ground floor. Duplex apartments on the upper floors are not rented There is a double bed in the bedroom and 2 sofa beds in the living room. Air conditioning is available in both rooms. The apartments are located in the center of Datça, in a spacious and very quiet area. It is 7-8 minutes on foot to the sandy and under-hospital beaches. It is 500 meters away from Datça Bus Station.

If you stay in this centrally located place, you will be close to everything as a family. Our house is comfortable for 4 people. We have 1 double bed and 2 single beds. We also have an openable L seat. You can have pleasant hours with sea view on the balcony.
