Nice fisherman's house 100m from the ocean

Nice little renovated fisherman's house, bright. Close to the ocean, you will be a few meters from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but be careful in July and August our seaside resort is very lively, our little house loses its tranquility. Ideal for a couple with 2 children, we do not accept more than 4 people. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!

Terraced house, in very quiet condominium, independent entrance. Bedroom composed of a 140x200 bed, a dressing room as well as an en suite shower room. Open and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, stove, electric coffee maker, tassimo, toaster, food processor). On the outside side, you can rest on terraces, deckchairs, enjoy a meal cooked at the plancha or just go to the end of the street to enjoy the beach!
