Spacious apartment with expansive water views. The large, covered deck is the prime spot for catching the afternoon sun. NO GROUPS/PARTIES. NO SMOKING. Generous open plan living area, fully equipped kitchen, indoor dining, 3 seater sofa and TV. The bedroom has a super king size bed - please state in booking if you also need fold out couch for sleeping. Bars & restaurants are nearby so there may be music and noise from patrons. This is usually not disruptive once you shut the doors and windows.

Kia ora! We would love to host you in our separate studio where you can relax in private. It includes a modern bathroom with shower, as well as a living area with a sofa/single bed.
