The home's decor is French Provincial , features two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and the other with a super King that can be split into two singles if required, each with it’s own personal ensuite Sunny open plan living with kitchen and a private, sunny indoor out-door deck area taking advantage of harbour & island sea views. Charming 1 bed self-contained studio overlooking Onetangi Beach. The north-facing deck has sweeping views towards the Coromandel Peninsular and a hot tub for guests exclusive use. The studio stands separate from the owners residence and gets all-day sun, and has a recently refurbished bathroom. If you are not coming by car we recommend that you hire a car so that you can get to vineyards,restaurants and places of interest on the island. Electric bikes can also be hired from Onya bikes.

Rose's studio apartment is above a recently built garage in a leafy street in the heritage suburb of Mt Eden. It has been decorated to a high standard and equipped with every comfort. It is fully self contained, with it's own bathroom and kitchenette. Bus stops for all the main routes (including the airport) are a mere 100 metres away. The vibrant Mt Eden village, with its cafes, bars and restaurants is a 10 minute walk, Eden Park 30 minutes and the Mt Eden volcanic crater, 25 minutes.

Peaceful and cosy ground floor apartment in private home with own garden. In a quiet cul-de-sac. The apartment has it's own separate enterance and is totally separate from our living. One large bedroom and a large bathroom with a great full pressure shower. Only minutes walk from public transport, cafes, bars and gym. Walking distance to Ellerslie race course. Lovely inner city suburb of Auckland. There is lots of parking on our quiet street. Smokers, a great out door area to relax.

Our place is waterfront, close to parks and great views. The bay we're situated at is tidal, and there is a lovely boardwalk close by. You’ll love our place because of the views, the ambiance, and the location. Our place is good for couples, business travellers, and families (with kids older than 7 years). We have a Jack Russell dog and a cat.
