My apartment is located in a historical building that once housed the old town hall pressure. It offers 130 m² with high ceilings, large open plan living area with access to the garden/terrace and luxurious kitchen - all on the ground floor. A private CAR parking space is directly at the apartment and also easily accessible via the terrace. By the way, all income via airbnb is only used to upgrade the apartment EVEN more! The accommodation has recently been renovated and is completely furnished for a comfortable stay. During the summer, the spaces are wonderfully cool and cozy during the winter. The accommodation is within walking distance ( 5 min.) from the station ( train + bus). By car, the accommodation is easily accessible, a short distance from Juliana Square, where the A7 and A28 intersect. Parking (multiple cars) is possible on private property.

PAPENBURG is about 6 km Beautiful quiet location. Magnificent view of the unspoiled nature, orchard. You can relax and unwind there. Near the Altenkamp estate with various exhibitions and concerts. Although the apartment is located in my house, you have your own entrance area .

My place is close to Papenburg( Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left behind regarding the location. The property is BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park on the Emsdeich, where you can swim well in summer. My place is nice for couples and business travelers. Private staircase.
