TI 112Mar: Bright and cosy!

Nice and stylish Loft located on the old town's heart, mediterranean colors. On the Llotja neighborhood very quiet and sunny street. Open views to a private garden, masiv and emblematic building La Lonja. Is surrounded by bars and restaurants but the only street calm to relax. The closest beach is 7 min. walking distance, 3 minutes to STP SHIPYARD & Club Náutico de Palma sport-harbour and it's lounge. Santa Catalina market is 5 min walking distance as the Cathedral, museums and art galeries.

It is a very quiet, surrounded by greenery and animals. The nearby villages are 10 and 15 minutes, where you can buy what is needed. There is a train station a short walk from here, that unites much of the island. Beaches in 25 minutes. It is a small house with two heights. Kitchen-lounge. in the second height, the double bed and a loft which can be another bed for children. Great storage space for storage. The house has everything you need for the kitchen and refrigerator, sheets and towels.

Disponibilidad de parking para su coche o bicicletas. El apartamento está situado a 200 m del mar, zona arbolada, buenos restaurantes y próximo a las playas de Ciudad Jardín y el Peñón. Bien comunicado con Palma (15 minutos en bus) aeropuerto y con zona de ocio centro comercial (FAN), disponiendo de servicios de autobuses cada 10 minutos.

The house is in the center of Ibiza, overlooking the castle , 2 min walk from restaurants and shops, and a few minutes from the nearest beach.There is a public parking right in front of the house. The apartment is located on the main house terrace. It has a separate entrance from the home courtyard. It consists of a large private terrace, with outdoor kitchen and chill-out area. The interior consists of a double and a bath bed.
