Double bed room for 2 people

COMFORT ROOMS have been completely refurbished with a modern and elegant taste. They are fully-equipped with all conveniences needed to be functional. We have avoided the use of fitted carpet for maximum higiene and chosen wood floorings instead. Priority was given to good lighting and a comfortable bed. They feature a kitchenette and a small fridge that allows you to cook and so be self-sufficient. Their capacity is 2 adults and in some of them it is possible to add an extra bed for a child/adult or a cot under request. The bathroom is not very large but it’s complete. The total size of the room is about 20 square meters.

Spacious room with private bathroom, Pl Catalunya

From November 25, 2024 to December 20, 2024 and from January 7, 2025 to February 28, 2025 a 30% discount has been applied to our rates to compensate for possible disturbances due to renovation work being done from 9am to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays, in different areas of our building. However, if you plan on being out bright and early to discover the city and want a quiet and stylish space where you can chill out in the evenings, then this is a great opportunity at a reduced rate.

Make yourself at home :) Very cozy home in a nice quiet area near Barcelona. Flexible, attentive. I offer you tea, soluble coffee, milk and cookies. Laundry and ironing (for free from 7 days of stay) And pool! You can not cook to the glass ceramic, but yes in the microwave or oven. If you want to relax, I'll cook for you. Taste local dishes. It is also not allowed to smoke in any of the areas of the house or yard.

Our standard double rooms are small but cosy. They feature a double bed (1.50 m) or two single beds (0,90 m). Complete ensuite bathroom. All have a window opening to a small courtyard inside the building. They offer no view but are very quiet. Tourist taxes 5,5€ per person per night are not included in the price and are paid at the time of check in.
