Recently renovated building for exclusive use, divided into 4 levels. On the ground floor we have a full kitchen, a fireplace (decorative only) and a bathroom. In the basement there is a room (no windows) with a double bed,a sofa bed for one person and a complete bathroom. On the 1st floor we have a room with a kitchen, a wood stove (decorative only), a sofa bed for 2 people, a balcony and a complete bathroom. Finally, on the terrace we have outdoor furniture under a gazebo and a built-in grill.

Casa Gemma is located on the hill 1 km from the sea; it is a pretty prefabricated villa from whose terrace you have a fantastic 180° view of the Gulf of Arbatax.
