Very clean and fully sanitized estate home. **Please note: we DO live here, kitchen shared but you barely notice us. We stay out of your way.

Close to Lake Simcoe & walking trails. This is a room in our home with a shared bathroom if second bedroom is rented. Bathroom & kitchenette aren't shared with us. This very comfortable and beautifully appointed guest house is ideal for gatherings of family and friends. Garden doors open onto a spacious deck and patio with an inground pool heated to 85°F (until Sept 30th). Three guest rooms with queen beds plus a sitting room with a pullout couch. Your host will be present during your stay in a private suite and may use the kitchen ocassionally, but you will have lots of privacy. Boisterous partying will be addressed by your hosts.
