Simply Bed and Breakfast in a cottage nr Bath.

We live at Prospect Cottage with 2 cats, you will be staying in the house with us. The 2 bedrooms for BnB are in the cottage(a 3rd king size bedroom is possible upon request) We are close to Bristol airport, Bath, The Pig and Priston Mill. A quiet village location. The village has a pub, The Butchers Arms and a small village shop/cafe 2 bedrooms each with double bed, sleeps up to 4, sharing a tiny ensuite shower and a small downstairs loo. Top floor is private(unless booked for a 5/6th person)

Access to both main towns is pretty easy both by car and by bus . The bus stops are about 30 metres from the house( D1 bus every 30mins or so)

Decorated in restful colours, the bedroom is located upstairs opposite the private bathroom. The room provides a standard double bed with feather duvet and luxurious pillows, a wardrobe and extra hanging space. The room is lovely and light, but has a roman blind with blackout lining for nighttime. Downstairs, you can help yourself to tea and coffee in a dedicated guest breakfast area. I provide cows' milk, but you are welcome to bring an alternative if you prefer.

This is a very special room in a very special location. The room has been finished to the highest of standards with beautiful views into Bath. Recently decorated, the room has a generous shower room ensuite. The location of the house is tranquil, with a forest on one side and gardens to the front and rear. No traffic noise here, just local wildlife including badgers, deer and foxes. Plentiful parking immediately outside residence.
