Entire last floor (2nd, 100 sqm.) in characteristic villa of early 1900s. Large bedroom + living room with sofa bed, bathroom, balconies and wide terraces, all with spectacular lake view. Lakefront and all major comforts (railway station, pier, supermarket, etc.) are within walking distance. NO KITCHEN but fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine are available to prepare breakfast and simple meals. We can accomodate up to 4 guests. Inner elevator available.
