A short easy stroll to either the beautiful Milford or Castor Bay beaches. Dining or shopping is also nearby at the Milford shopping precinct. Milford Shopping Centre has some of Auckland's top fashion shops, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. Self drive ++ Off-street car parking. Easy access to motorway on/off ramps. Wake up feeling recharged in this country style inspired home. The space features subtle colours contrasted with warm woods, chic furnishings, and a walkout to a covered outdoor dining area. Located on Devonport's Mt Victoria, surrounded by beautiful historic homes, MaisonMays is a self-contained, private apartment offering a light and peaceful setting with two outdoor garden dining areas, a king-sized bed, bath and a heating/cooling system for your comfort. Off-street parking available. Lock box on left hand side outside white gates at end of driveway. We say "Kia Ora" and are happy to greet our guests but agree to respect our guests' privacy if preferred. Centrally located in Devonport, a car is not necessary to enjoy the many delights around the neighbourhood. Walk up Mount Victoria to take in vistas of Auckland City or stroll to Torpedo Bay for a coffee and ice cream after visiting the Navy Museum. If wanting to travel farther afield, public buses can be found in central Devonport or at the Devonport Ferry Terminal, or perhaps a day trip to Waiheke Island, Rangitoto Island or Auckland City via Fuller's Ferries, departing regularly from Devonport Ferry Terminal. Deposit - A $400 deposit is required on booking, refundable unless a cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to stay.

Stylish rural Pukeroa Cottage, near wedding venues

The cottage suits a couple and in the lounge is a sofa bed for a third guest. If there is only two of you and you require the sofa bedding please let us know at booking. Located in the heart of West Auckland's vineyards and wedding venues, 36 kms from the Auckland CBD. Close by is Muriwai Beach with its gannet colony and surfing, also the magnificent Kaipara Harbour, Woodhill and Riverhead forests. Ideally situated for those travelling via the scenic Kaipara Coast and 40-60 min to AKL airport.

Brand New Cosy Coatesville Cottage

Property is located 15 minutes from Albany set in a lovely rural area. Liquid Ambers embrace the driveway down to the cottage. Beautiful setting and views and lots of bird life. Peaceful and sunny aspect. High quality fixtures and furniture and very cosy. Double glazing along with heat pump for those colder months. Award winning Black Cottage Cafe is a five minute journey for brunch and the popular Hallertau Restaurant for craft beers and gourmet dinners that is great for large gatherings.
