Ferienwohnung Köpenick-Müggelspree

Our apartment is located in an apartment building in the wooded and water-rich district of Berlin (Köpenick). We offer you a holiday apartment in Berlin-Friedrichshagen directly on the Müggelspree about 500m in front of the Müggelsee. The apartment can accommodate 2 persons with child. Guests are allowed to bring pets. The apartment consists of a large room with 6 windows that allow a beautiful view. The kitchenette with dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave invites you to cook. We also offer a seating area with TV, a separate work area with desk and Internet access. The bedroom with double bed (bed linen & towels are provided) is located under the roof. The apartment contains a modern shower room. After a 5-minute walk, you are already on the historic Bölschestraße, which invites you to take a leisurely stroll with over 100 shops, a cinema (in summer also outdoor cinema) and restaurants. A quick supply of food is ensured with supermarkets within walking distance. By bike you can explore the nearby surroundings or start a small or large excursion through the Spree Tunnel. On Lake Müggelsee, you have the opportunity to explore and enjoy the surroundings from the water with various motor ships. The tram takes about 15 minutes to get to the old town of Köpenick, where you can visit the famous town hall of Köpenick with its ratchet cellar and the completely renovated castle with current art exhibitions. From Friedrichshagen S-Bahn station (a 15-minute walk or tram) you can immerse yourself in the bustle of Berlin in just 30 minutes.

studio spacious bright calm balcony

My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Hello, this is Alexander. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. 85 square meters with 2,70 meters of ceiling heights, a balcony on Hackescher Markt neighborhood (the most central in Berlin! ), with a rare view on our „Eiffel tower“, Berlin TV tower. 2 big bedrooms (one with a king-sized bed). My furniture are a mix of vintage (vintage open kitchen, German vintage) and contemporary (flat screen,Netfix…)
